Laura Vander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. As a founder and People & Culture Manager for Northern Europe and GSA at L - founders of loyalty since March 2021, Laura Vander focuses on creating innovative loyalty programs in collaboration with retailers. Prior to this role, Laura Vander worked in human resources at GIFAS ELECTRIC GmbH in Germany from October 2017 to February 2021. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Dynamic Management from the European University of applied Sciences, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from the same institution, completed in 2017.
