Hayley Pearson is a sustainability-focused professional currently serving as the Founder and Sustainability Analyst at L - founders of loyalty, where the objective is to develop loyalty programs alongside retailers. Prior experience includes roles as Closing Manager at Freehouse Collective, Sustainability Intern at Bunzl Australasia, and Research Assistant in Astrogeophysics at Colgate University, where research concentrated on the potential for water on Mars. Hayley also completed an internship at LoyaltyOne, contributing to the launch of a new premium tier airmiles card program. Hayley holds a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Colgate University.
