Tommaso Menara currently serves as a Life Sciences Specialist at L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on growth strategies and operating plans for clinical-stage cell therapies. Previously, Tommaso was a VC Fellow at ARTIS Ventures, where involvement included supporting early-stage companies at the intersection of technology and biology. Tommaso has also held roles as a consultant at Undeterred Capital, mentor at Nucleate, and vice president of the APD Consulting Club at UC San Diego. Earlier experience includes research roles at ATR, co-founding Himalayan Concept, and academic positions at the University of California, Riverside, which included recognition for outstanding research and teaching. Tommaso holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and has a diverse educational background spanning mechatronics engineering and robotics.
