Yanika Amarasekera is the Founder and CEO of Silver Aisle, a premium online gifting platform recognized for its chic and unique curated selection of gifts, serving since December 2019. In addition, Yanika holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at LB Finance PLC since June 2021. Earlier professional experiences include serving as a Marketing Intern at Landor in June 2016 and as Secretary General of the Colombo Operated Model United Nations from April 2012 to March 2013, where responsibilities included managing a budget of $60,000 for large-scale events. At 15, Yanika founded YANIX, a trademarked clothing line in Sri Lanka, with all proceeds directed towards charity. Yanika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management from Imperial College London.
