Rudy Martinez II holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security Emergency Management from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Westwood College-South Bay. With extensive experience in safety and security management, Rudy has served as the Safety & Security Program Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan since December 2016. Prior to this role, Rudy worked as the Security Director for Craig Realty Group at the Citadel Outlets Center and as the Director of Fire/Life Safety & Security at Universal Services of America.
