Mufazzal Raghib has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as Manager of Tech. Application Production Support and Control at L.A. Care Health Plan since January 2017. Prior roles include Lead Core Systems Administrator and Lead Consultant at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where responsibilities included solution design and requirement gathering. Mufazzal has also held positions such as Designer at Allscripts, Business Analyst at Healthways and Quest Diagnostics, and QA Lead at Allstate. Earlier career experiences include work as a Developer at Aetna, Production Supervisor at Elpro International Ltd, and Quality Supervisor at Indian Seamless Steels and Alloys Limited. Mufazzal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University, completed in 2000.
