George W. Greene, Esq. is president and CEO of the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), a position he assumed in early 2017. HASC has more than 180 member hospitals spanning six counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura and Santa Barbara. It serves the political, economic, informational and educational needs of hospitals and helps improve the quality and accessibility of health care services in Southern California.

Prior to joining HASC, Greene served as president and CEO of the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, and held roles with the American Hospital Association and Sharp HealthCare in San Diego.

Greene began his career in Washington, D.C. where he worked for a U.S. Representative. He received his B.A. in English from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
