Tel Ganesan is the founder and chairman of Kyyba Inc., a global staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Tel has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
Prior to founding Kyyba, Tel was the managing director of Lawrence Technological University's Career Services Center. Tel also held leadership positions at Astia, a global organization that promotes women's entrepreneurship, and Ann Arbor SPARK, a non-profit dedicated to growing the economy in Southeast Michigan.
In addition to their work in the staffing industry, Tel is also an active member of the entrepreneurial community in Detroit. Tel is a founding member of the James and Patricia Anderson Engineering Ventures Institute, TiE Detroit, and the National Veteran Business Development Council (NVBDC). Tel also serves on the board of directors for Global Detroit, a non-profit that works to attract and retain international talent in the region.
Tel Ganesan has an EMBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, as well as MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and Oklahoma State University. Tel also has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from "College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai". In addition, they are certified by Shainin LLC in Shainin - RED X and by Shainin - The Red X Company in Shainin Green Y.
