Christi Shaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and nonprofit sector. As Co-Founder of Family Reach since May 2017, Christi Shaw works to provide grants for access to oncology clinical trials, aiming to alleviate financial concerns for families impacted by cancer. In addition to this role, Christi Shaw serves as an Independent Director at Beam Therapeutics, ReAlta Life Sciences, and VWR, as well as a Board Member at Kyverna Therapeutics. Previous leadership roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer at Kite Pharma, where Christi Shaw led the organization in CAR T-cell therapy, and as Senior Vice President & President of Lilly Bio Medicines at Eli Lilly and Company. Christi Shaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
