Kristin Catalfamo, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations & Employee Experience at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc., Kristin leads initiatives to assess HR processes and enhance employee engagement strategies. Prior roles include Manager of Human Resources at KYOCERA, where Kristin acted as a strategic partner for leadership, and positions at Aerosoles and Clarins Group that involved coaching, employee relations, full recruitment life cycles, and the implementation of HR systems. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Montclair State University.
