Quincy McDonald is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at KYN since July 2023. Prior to this, Quincy held the position of Head of IT Operations at The London Clinic from March 2020 to May 2023. Quincy's extensive career at HCA Healthcare spanned from September 2012 to March 2020, during which time Quincy progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager Technical Services, IT Technical Services Manager, and IT Service Delivery Manager. Quincy began at HCA in April 2009 as Helpdesk Team Lead, contributing to a robust foundation in IT service management and operations.
