Christopher Kicior has over 10 years of experience in the customer service and operations industries. Christopher began their career in 2011 as a Branch Manager for Citizens Bank, where they were responsible for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction, branch staffing, and minimizing operating losses. In 2016, they moved to Solidifi as an Operations Manager, where they developed a team of Account Managers and led multiple projects to develop process improvement to key metrics and products. In 2019, they worked as a Client Services Manager for Strategic Financial Solutions NY, managing a team of over 40 employees as well as multiple team leads. Christopher also increased department efficiency by 12% and grew department profits by 15%.
