Thomas Paris currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Learning Architect at ZilLearn, and as Chief Learning Architect at Kydon Group, positions held since 2021. Prior experience includes serving on the Advisory Board of the IE School of Global and Public Affairs from 2020 to 2021, and co-founding ICC Academy, where Thomas was Director from 2015 to 2021. Previous roles also include Program Manager – Policy at the International Chamber of Commerce (2012-2015), Sales Team Leader at Fnac Darty (2010-2011), and Business Strategy Associate at MEDEF – The French Business Confederation (2009-2010). Thomas Paris holds a Machine Learning Program degree from the University of London, a Leaders of Learning degree from Harvard Online, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The American Business School of Paris, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the same institution.
