Ciaran O'Gallagher is a seasoned professional in project and program management with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Transformation and Change Lead at KX since February 2023, Ciaran previously held roles at FD Technologies as part of the KX Customer Success Central PMO and spent significant time at First Derivatives from 2006 to November 2021, where responsibilities included Programme/Project/Delivery Manager, Product Owner/Manager, Development Manager, and Developer/Support Analyst. Notable accomplishments include leading the global development of the Scrittura/Thunderhead paper confirmations implementation and managing critical development projects within various electronic affirmations and confirmations platforms. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Software Developer at HEAT Ltd focused on automating key company processes. Ciaran holds an MEng in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast, attained in 2005.
