Arnoud van Bemmelen serves as a Contractmanager for KWS Infra since January 2023, managing the Variabel Onderhoud Zuid Nederland project. Concurrently, Arnoud holds a Contractmanager position at Gebr. Van Kessel since May 2021. Previously, Arnoud worked at BAM Infra Rail bv as a Contractmanager for the Ombouw SUNIJ-lijn project, serving the Utrecht Province, and also held the role of Tendermanager, focusing on PGO Tenders and rail infrastructure maintenance. With extensive experience at BAM Rail bv, Arnoud acted as a Contractspecialist and Assistant Contractmanager, overseeing railroad maintenance contracts in Noord Brabant and advising on contractual matters. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Technology Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned between 1991 and 2001.
