Fahad Sattar's work experience begins in 2010 as a Software Engineer Intern at York University, where they worked in a team-oriented environment and assisted in product development. In 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Bell, collaborating with engineering and scrum teams and exploring alternative technologies to improve backend services. Fahad then worked as a Software Engineer at The Hospital for Sick Children from 2012 to 2013, refactoring a legacy internal patient management tool and implementing a disaster recovery project. In 2014, Fahad joined First Trade Union Bank as a Quality Assurance Engineer, analyzing business requirements and collaborating with the product team and developers. In 2015, they became a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at The Rockefeller Foundation before transitioning to Wheels Up, where they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, overseeing quality assurance until 2023. Currently, they work as the Director of QA Engineering at KWI.
Fahad Sattar attended York University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BAS degree in Information Technology with a focus on Business Management. Fahad also holds additional certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and a Project Management certification from York University obtained in 2012.
