Rachel Glanzer, PE, is an Associate Mechanical Engineer at kW Mission Critical Engineering, specializing in the design of mechanical cooling and ventilation systems for data centers since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel gained extensive experience as a Senior Modeling Engineer at Johnson Controls, where advanced thermal physics models were created to enhance HVAC control algorithms. Additionally, Rachel served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on the design and simulation of 3D printed heat exchangers. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree from South Dakota State University.
