Essam Abdallah Shelbaya, an accomplished professional with expertise in network managed services and technology development, currently serves as the Head of Network Managed Services at Kuwait Telecommunication Company (stc) since September 2012, overseeing multi-vendor operations and ensuring performance excellence across various network teams. Prior to this role, Essam held senior management positions at Fast Telecommunication Co. and Etisalat Misr, where responsibilities included technology strategy development, network architecture planning, and optimization of data transport networks. Essam's career commenced in the Egyptian Armed Forces, and educational qualifications include an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.Sc. in Communications & Electronics from Ain Shams University.
