Abdelrahman Alsheneifi is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director and Head of IT Enterprise Support Systems at Kuwait Telecommunication Company - VIVA since April 2008, Abdelrahman has held various leadership roles including IT Operations Senior Manager and IT Service Control Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager at Saudi Telecom Company from April 2004 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Arkansas State University (1988-1992).
