Fahad Al-Bader is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at KIB since December 2019, after holding the position of Assistant General Manager of Operations. Fahad has been a Board Member at the Credit Information Network (Ci-Net) since August 2021. Prior to KIB, Fahad worked at Boubyan Bank for over six years, holding roles including Executive Manager of Central Operations, Senior Manager of Change Management & Procedures, and Manager of Change Management and Program Control. Fahad has also served as a Branch Manager at both Boubyan Bank and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, demonstrating expertise in sales planning and human resource development. Earlier career roles include senior personal banker and relationship officer at Ahli United Bank. Fahad holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and has completed executive programs at the University of California, Berkeley and McKinsey & Company.
