Diana Curtiss is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Kurita America since October 2023. Previously, Diana held the position of Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at NAMSA from September 2018 to July 2023, focusing on recruiting top talent in preclinical/laboratory, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and corporate functions across North America, while developing strategic initiatives for diverse talent acquisition. Prior to NAMSA, Diana led the Scientific Recruiting Team at Kelly Services from June 2013 to September 2018, where a team of six was managed to recruit highly qualified candidates in scientific and clinical fields. Earlier roles at Pace Analytical included serving as a Technical Sales Specialist and Laboratory Supervisor, as well as working as an Environmental Analyst. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
