Kamal Mascharka is an experienced networking professional with a diverse background spanning over 25 years in various technical and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Lead Network Engineer at Kum & Go since November 2022, Kamal has conducted comprehensive network assessments and developed monitoring dashboards. Previously, Kamal held positions such as Field Engineering Lead/Manager and Operations Manager at IP Pathways, where responsibilities included team recruitment and execution of key network projects. At Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company, Kamal was responsible for overseeing network infrastructure and team performance. With earlier roles at Aviva USA and Aviva Life Insurance, Kamal gained extensive experience in network engineering, project delivery, and team leadership.
