Melissa D. serves as the Human Resources Director at Kulzer, LLC North America since June 2018, following a similar role at Alpha Systems from January 2012 to June 2018. Prior HR leadership experience includes positions at Sanctuary at Holy Cross, Hess Industries, and Indiana Industrial Service LLC. Melissa D. began the career as a Human Resource Administrator and Payroll Administrator at Delta Star Electric. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology, as well as a certification from Indiana University South Bend in Human Resources. Melissa D. is also a member of the Michiana Society of Human Resources and the SHRM National Membership, and is certified in The Five Behaviors®.
