Jaskaran Dhiman (Jas) is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa since April 2021, Jaskaran has successfully streamlined advanced packaging processes and facilitated knowledge transfer between engineering and manufacturing. Previous roles include Senior Engineer, NPI, also at Kulicke & Soffa, where Jaskaran supported the design and development of cost-effective new products. Prior to that, experience at Bio-Chem Fluidics as a Mechanical Design Engineer involved custom product design and project management.
