Tom Luciani is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Partner at Kula Consulting since February 2009, Tom specializes in retained financial search and oversees a large recruiting organization. Additionally, as a Partner at Luciani Group since August 1995, Tom operates within a boutique financial search firm. Previously, Tom was a Founding Partner at Management Solutions from 1987 to 1993, contributing to the establishment of a multi-million dollar recruiting organization, and was also a Partner at Luciani, Schlatter & Associates from 1981 to 1993 within a 10-person contingency recruiting firm. Tom holds a BS in Economics and Marketing from Cornell University, obtained between 1962 and 1967.
