Dr. Claudio Fantinuoli

Chief Technology Officer at KUDO

Claudio Fantinuoli, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Claudio currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at KUDO since February 2023, where they are responsible for overseeing the technology department. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Innovation at KUDO from September 2020 to February 2023.

In addition to their role at KUDO, Claudio has been working as a Researcher and Lecturer at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz since January 2010. Claudio is actively engaged in research and teaching activities in this position.

Claudio has also worked as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at INTRASOFT International since March 2020. Claudio brings their expertise to this role, contributing to the organization's objectives.

Furthermore, Claudio founded InterpretBank in January 2019. As a founder, they played a pivotal role in establishing the company and its operations.

Claudio has also served as a Lecturer at Universität Wien - Postgraduate Center from September 2020 to March 2021, where they shared their knowledge and instructed students on various topics.

Prior to that, Claudio worked as a Lecturer at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from October 2014 to April 2018 and at Karlshochschule International University from October 2013 to April 2014. Claudio had teaching responsibilities and played an important role in enhancing the learning experience of students.

Lastly, Claudio began their professional career as a Research Collaborator at Eurac Research from September 2005 to February 2006.

Claudio Fantinuoli, PhD, earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Linguistics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Conference Interpreting in Language Interpretation and Translation from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, graduating in 2005. Currently, Claudio Fantinuoli is pursuing a Habilitation in Interpreting Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, with an expected completion date in 2023.
