Rodnee Knuckles is an experienced SOC Analyst at Cytellix® since November 2020, with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Previous roles include Associate Support Analyst at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where Rodnee provided technical assistance for POS systems through creative problem solving and troubleshooting, and Customer Care Representative at NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, dedicated to resolving technical issues for customers and field sales representatives.
