Mfoniso Orok has substantial experience in customer operations, currently serving as the Deputy Team Lead at Kuda since June 2020, having progressed through various roles including Senior Customer Support Specialist and Product Specialist. Prior to Kuda, Mfoniso worked at Softcom Limited as a Telemarketer, and at Migo as a Customer Experience Representative and Social Media Consultant. Mfoniso's career began at Pagatech Limited as a Business Developer and included a role as a Science teacher at Joof International Academy. Mfoniso also held managerial positions at Healthy Food Supplements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Solar Energy from Bowen University and ongoing studies for an MBA in International Business at Nexford University.
