Melvin Jim has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Melvin started their career at Protus IP Solutions, where they served as a Technical Support Team Lead from an unspecified start date until 2008. Subsequently, they joined Canada Health Infoway in 2008 as an Application Developer/Webmaster. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions in ASP.NET and PHP for internal clients. Additionally, Melvin was responsible for managing the Intranet and Corporate website. Melvin then transitioned to KUBRA in 2012, where they initially worked as a Software Engineer before progressing to the role of Senior Software Engineer and finally becoming a Product Engineering Manager in April 2022. At KUBRA, Melvin focused on developing and maintaining the KUBRA EZ-PAY single instance payment platform. This encompassed working on a web application for handling payments from various channels, such as the website, Interactive Voice Response, SMS, and payment kiosks. Melvin also contributed to the development and maintenance of other C# applications that supported the functionality of the EZ-PAY platform.
Melvin Jim attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2002 to 2005. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Unfortunately, there is no specific field of study provided.
