Rob Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product design and creative leadership. As the Founder of Unseen Powers, Inc. since November 2019 and the Senior Director of Product Design & Creative at Kuali, Inc. since June 2016, Rob has demonstrated a strong ability to drive innovative design solutions. Previously, as Creative Director at Vivint Solar from May 2015 to June 2016, Rob led experience design and marketing campaigns. At Ancestry from 2013 to 2015, Rob served as Senior Design Manager, overseeing the mobile product design team and managing user testing. Rob's experience also includes serving as Senior Experience Designer at FamilySearch, where a discovery design team was established, and as Senior UX Designer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, contributing to various web applications and collaborating across multiple departments.
