Cody Brown currently serves as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at The University of Kansas since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading faculty and staff recruitment processes and acting as the main contact for departments and applicants. Previously, Cody held the position of HR Coordinator, facilitating job openings and coordinating search activities, and worked as an HR Specialist at Kansas State University. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at BHC RHODES, where projects involved standardizing skills lists and managing applicant tracking reports, as well as a customer service position at Dillons Grocery Store. Cody holds a double major in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Kansas State University.
