Erica Swann has an extensive background in operations, sales, and customer service within the cycling and financial industries. Currently serving as Dealer Network Operations Manager at KTM Group North America, Inc. since October 2018, Erica previously held roles as Dealer Network Specialist and Specialized Brand Ambassador for Specialized Bicycle Components. Additional experience includes positions at TASCO MTB as an Inside Sales Specialist, Palm Desert Cyclery as a Bike Builder & Mechanic, and various roles in the financial sector, including Personal & Private Banker at First Hawaiian Bank and Financial Advisor Assistant at Citigroup/Smith Barney. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Politics, Economy, and Culture from California State University-Sacramento.
