Hilal Koç is a Treasury Specialist at KT&G since October 2022, previously serving as an Accounting Specialist. Prior to KT&G, Hilal worked as a Muhasebe Uzmanı at Özdede İnşaat ve Tesisat Malzemeleri Tic. San. Ltd. Şti. from October 2021 to October 2022 and at Damla Morkoç SMMM from March 2021 to December 2021. Hilal holds a Yüksek Lisans in İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi/Personel Yönetimi from Dokuz Eylul University (2018-2020) and has earned two Bachelor's degrees: one in Business Administration from Università di Pavia (2017) and another in Sociology from Anadolu University (September 2018 - October 2022), in addition to a Bachelor's degree in İşletme ve Yönetim from Dokuz Eylul University (2013-2018).
