Renee Vigilante has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Renee started their career in the US Army as a Human Resource Manager in 2003. Renee then served in various roles, including Logistics Operations Officer and Iraqi Security Force Logistics Officer. In 2006, they worked as an Aide de Camp for CG 101st ABN DIV. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a QM Branch Rep/Military Science Instructor.

In 2009, Renee joined the US Government as a Title 10 Instructor/Executive Officer, where they worked until 2011. Renee then transitioned to ITT Exelis in 2012, where they worked as a Project Manager. Later in the same year, they moved to Exelis as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager and worked in this position until 2015.

In 2015, Renee joined Harris Corporation as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager. However, their tenure there was short-lived, as they joined KT CONSULTING later that same year as a Project Officer. At KT CONSULTING, they progressed to the role of Client Delivery Manager in 2017 and currently holds the position of Director, Client Delivery since July 2019.

Renee Vigilante completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at the United States Military Academy at West Point, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
