Krzysztof Trych started their work experience in 1995 at Steelcase S.A, where they worked as a Director until 2009. In 2009, they joined KT Consulting as the General Director. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Precor as a Regional Representative.

Krzysztof Trych pursued their education from 1978 to 1984 at Warsaw University of Technology, where they earned a master's degree in engineering. Krzysztof specialized in the Faculty of Electronics during their time at the university.
