She has experience in handling patent matters in wide technological areas of Antibodies, CAR-T cells, Regenerative medicine, Stem Cells, Medical Devices, Gene editing systems, and pharmaceuticals.

She also provides opinions on patentability, freedom-to-operate, due diligence and infringement analyses on the aforesaid technological areas.

Vidyasaral works with corporate clients, start-ups, MSMEs, international law firms, foreign associates, multinationals, and universities to obtain patent protection not only in India but also in the global space.

She appears before the Intellectual Property Office, in connection with prosecution and opposition of patent applications.

Prior to joining K&S Partners, she worked with a leading Custom research and manufacturing service provider and an IP Law Firm.
