Josh Suskin SHRM-SCP has over 17 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Josh is currently the Senior Director and Head of US Human Resources at Krystal Biotech, a gene therapy company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to this, Josh held positions at Edward Marc Brands and PrincetonOne, where Josh was responsible for overseeing HR teams, managing manufacturing facilities, and developing talent acquisition strategies. Josh holds a BS in Marketing and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
