Matilda Olin began their work experience in 2011 as a Chauffeur at PostNord Sverige, where they worked until 2015. In 2013, they also took on the role of Lecturer & Supervisor for a Course in Study Techniques at Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, which they held until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Matilda served as the Head of Marketing and a Member of the Board at KTH Finance Society.

In 2015, they joined SEB Private Banking as an Analyst, specializing in Investment Strategy and worked until early 2016. Matilda also started working at Middagsfrid as a Logistics Controller & Customer Service during this time, and continued until 2017.

In 2016, Matilda briefly worked as a Supply Chain Planner at ICA Gruppen for two months.

Starting in 2017, they took on the role of Management Consultant | Innovation & Strategy at Capgemini Invent until 2019, when they were promoted to a Senior Management Consultant in the same field.

In 2017, they also began working as an Analyst, specializing in Debt Capital Markets at Handelsbanken Capital Markets for six months.

Matilda then transitioned to Klarna in 2020, where they initially worked as a Senior Analyst in Market Expansion until 2021. Following this, they became a Product Manager, focusing on Market Expansion until 2022.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager at Kry, starting from 2023.

Matilda Olin started their education in 2008 at Nacka Gymnasium, where they completed the Social Science Programme and received a Senior High Diploma in 2011. In 2011, they moved on to KTH Royal Institute of Technology for a Technical Preparatory Year, which they completed in 2012. Matilda then pursued their degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly studied Engineering and Management at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
