Rebecca Rechner possesses extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Support Center Technician at KI since July 2014. Responsibilities include updating technical instructions, troubleshooting software issues, and providing technical support for various applications, along with imaging and deploying hardware across multiple departments. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Technician at Weyauwega - Fremont School District, where management of VMWare Servers and oversight of mobile devices were key duties. Early experience includes a position as a Student Assistant in the Information Technology Help Desk at Marian University of Fond du Lac, focusing on malware removal and hardware repair. Rebecca holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Marian University of Fond du Lac, one in Information Technology and the other in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management, along with a college preparatory diploma from Iron Mountain High School.
