Michael D Fox has a strong background in financial crime investigation and customer service. Michael D began their career as a Guest Assistant at Vue Entertainment in 2007 before transitioning to a Customer Advisor role at Halifax in 2011. In 2019, they joined Starling Bank as an Onboarding Specialist, where they demonstrated their ability to identify and prevent fraud. Michael D then joined Monese in 2021 and continued their work as a Financial Crime Investigator. Currently, they hold the position of Financial Crime Investigator at Kroo Bank. Michael's experience and expertise in financial crime investigation make him a valuable asset to any organization in need of efficient and dependable fraud prevention.

Michael D Fox has a diverse education history. In 2002-2008, they attended Queensmead where they completed their GCSE's and A-LEVEL's in Sociology. In 2015, they studied at The London Institute of Banking & Finance and obtained a Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business with a focus on Financial services. The same year, they also enrolled in the International Compliance Association and earned a Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention Cert(FinCrime) with a specialization in Financial crime prevention. In 2016, they pursued a Diploma in Fraud Awareness at Fraudawarenessdiploma. Following this, in 2017 and 2018, they attended the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment where they completed two Level 3/A-Level courses, one in Managing Cyber Security and another in Combating Financial Crime.
