Tyge Rasmussen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Since February 2005, Tyge has been with Kromann Reumert, serving as Partner and previously as Advokat, Advokatfuldmægtig, and Stud.jur. Additionally, Tyge spent a year as Group Legal Counsel at Danish Crown from April 2008 to April 2009, following an assistant attorney role at Kromann Reumert. Early career experience includes a position as a law student at Advokatgården in Aabenraa and as a service employee at Superbrugsen. Educational qualifications include a Master in Law from Aarhus University, an LLM from King's College London focusing on Finance, Company Law and M&A, as well as completing the assistant attorney education.
