Constance Beauchamps is a Senior Director at Kroll, having held the position since June 2021 following the rebranding from Blackrock Expert Services. Prior to this role, Constance worked at Blackrock Expert Services Group from January 2015 to June 2021, progressing through positions including Director, Associate Director, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant, focusing on Delay Analysis and Strategic Project Advisory Services. Constance's earlier experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer specializing in Drainage and Masterplanning at Ramboll UK, where significant projects included the design and project management of an orphanage and clinic in Tacloban, Philippines. An internship as a Structural Engineer at INGEROP contributed to expertise in concrete design for nuclear projects, while initial experience as a Site Supervisor Assistant was gained during an internship with VINCI. Constance holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from ENISE, awarded in 2013.
