Tim Grollmann serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Electronics Division at KROHNE since January 2021, overseeing operations within that sector. Prior roles include Head of Industrial Engineering Electronics Production at KROHNE, where responsibilities encompassed production engineering, planning, and product launch for the electronic business unit. Grollmann has previous experience as Director of Electronics Production and Head of Manufacturing Engineering at HELLA, managing production planning and equipment availability for automotive components. At Johnson Controls, Grollmann held multiple positions focused on continuous improvement and production management, including responsibilities for lean initiatives and project management. Earlier career experiences include project engineering at Ferrostaal Automotive and student roles at WILO SE and Robert Bosch GmbH. Tim Grollmann holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Dortmund University and has studied at Lund University.
