Tanja Koleša currently serves as the Analytical R&D Manager at Krka, where responsibilities include overseeing structural and physicochemical analytics of biopharmaceuticals. Tanja has held various positions within Krka's Biotechnology group since July 2015, including Senior Researcher and Researcher. Prior to this, Tanja conducted research at the University of Ljubljana, focused on the structural characterization of organic molecules and metal complexes through X-ray diffraction, and also held a position as an Expert Fellow at the National Institute of Chemistry in Slovenia. Tanja's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Science and a University Diploma in Chemistry, both from the University of Ljubljana. Tanja participated in Roche Continents, a program that merges creativity with science and art.
