Janja Mirtič is a Senior Researcher in R&D Pharmaceutical Technology at Krka since June 2020, and concurrently serves as a Lecturer in Industrial Pharmacy at the University of Ljubljana, focusing on Industrial Drug Development since 2022. Previous roles include Assistant and Young Researcher at the University of Ljubljana's Faculty of Pharmacy, where Janja pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences while engaging in research projects and laboratory practices. Additional experience includes research scholarships at various institutions, including Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH and the University of Oslo, as well as student work in management support at Lek Pharmaceuticals. Janja holds a PhD in Biomedicine from the University of Ljubljana and a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from the same institution.
