Mary Jo Swearingen currently serves as a Portfolio Associate at Mynd since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mary Jo held various positions at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., progressing from Area Manager from June 2006 to May 2009 to District Manager from December 2009 to January 2022. Earlier in Mary Jo's career, the role of General Manager was held at Fuddruckers from July 2000 to January 2006.
