Osmar Peña González has four years of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2019, they began working as an Analista de pruebas at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2020, they moved to Sofka Technologies, where they worked as an Analista de automatización. In 2021, they joined Siigo as a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation. Currently, they are a Senior QA Engineer at Kriptos.

Osmar Peña González attended the Universidad de Cartagena in Colombia from 2012 to 2018, where they studied Ingeniería de Sistemas. Osmar also obtained four certifications from CertMind in 2021: Scrum Fundamentals (February), Scrum Master (May), Scrum Product Owner (May), and Scrum Developer (February).
