David Olivares Martínez has over 20 years of work experience in the legal field. David currently serves as the Managing Partner and Socio Director at the Madrid office of Kreston Iberaudit. Prior to this, they were a Legal Socio - Partner at the same company. Before joining Kreston Iberaudit, David worked as a Socio Director at KPO Legal. David has experience as a Socio at Crowe Horwath, where they led the Corporate Department, providing legal advice on various commercial transactions and corporate restructuring. David Olivares Martínez obtained a Master's degree in Business Advisory from IE Business School in 1998-1999. David then pursued a degree in Legal Advisory Services specializing in Corporate Buyouts and Mergers (M&A) at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2014 to 2015. In 2011, they completed a degree in Mercantile Contracting, focusing on Legal Advisory Services, at Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. Olivares Martínez earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1992 and 1998. Additionally, in 2017, they attended CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros for participation in the CEF Advisory Board and Jury of the Annual Awards. Olivares Martínez also pursued a Master's degree in Fiscal Management in the field of Business Administration and Management at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
