Diane Franzoni is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in audit, accounting, and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Audit and Accounting at Kreischer Miller since 2021, Diane previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Weber Gallagher from 2018 to 2020 and was Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at David Michael & Co. from 2012 to 2018. Additional experience includes partnering at WeiserMazars LLP, co-founding LECG Partners, LLP after its acquisition of Smart and Associates, LLP, and serving as Director of Finance at American Meter Company. Diane began a career at Arthur Andersen, where roles included Senior Manager. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rosemont College, completed in 1989.
