Nadya Paulina is an experienced professional in the field of collections and training, currently serving as Team Leader Desk Collection at FinAccel since February 2019. In this role, Nadya supervises collection data reports, analyzes team performance, and prepares incentive calculations. Nadya also implements collection strategies and provides guidance and coaching to subordinates. Prior to FinAccel, Nadya held positions as Senior Trainer & Quality Control Analyst, and Customer Repayment Service Trainer, where responsibilities included developing training documents, conducting training programs, and performing quality checks. Nadya's career began at PermataBank as a Quality Assurance & Training professional, focusing on training program design, regulatory compliance, and customer account counseling.
